Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the planning and execution of software development activities to meet project timelines and quality standards.
- Mentor and support team members to enhance their technical skills and professional growth.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment of technical solutions with business needs.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BTP Integration Suite.
- Experience in designing and implementing integration solutions using cloud-based platforms.
- Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and best practices for scalable systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues and provide effective resolutions.
- Familiarity with API management, data transformation, and process orchestration within enterprise environments.
