Manager - Strategic Sourcing (CLPL)
Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
- Knowledge of Part processing (HPDC, LPDC, GDC, Open die forging, close die forging, hot forging, Cold forging, machining processes, painting process, powder coating process, & honing)
- Zero Base Costing of Parts
- Zero Base costing of Tooling (Die/Mould/Checking Fixture)
- Technical knowledge of tooling materials
- Supplier Strategy synthesis and execution
- Supplier Risk assessment and mitigation
- Supplier Evaluation and On-Boarding
- Spend Analysis
- Supplier Base knowledge for the above process in proximity of Pune, Aurangabad, Nashik, & Pithampur
