Job Description
Old Forests Ayurved Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an HR Recruiter who can handle end-to-end recruitment for our sales, customer support, doctor coordination, and back-office teams.
Responsibilities
- Job portals (Naukri, Indeed, Apna, WorkIndia etc.) par hiring campaigns chalana.
- Daily candidate sourcing aur screening karna.
- Telephonic interviews conduct karna.
- Shortlisted candidates ke interviews schedule karna.
- Joining process aur documentation manage karna.
- Daily recruitment reports maintain karna.
- Candidate database aur follow-ups manage karna.
- Employee onboarding aur induction process coordinate karna.
- Hiring targets achieve karna.
