Pre Sales Consultant

• Welcome and assist walk-in customers at the showroom.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable vehicles.
• Explain vehicle features, specifications, pricing, finance, insurance, and exchange offers.
• Conduct test drives and provide detailed product demonstrations.
• Generate leads through referrals, walk-ins, digital inquiries, and field activities.
• Follow up regularly with prospective customers to convert inquiries into sales.
• Coordinate with finance, insurance, and registration teams to ensure smooth vehicle delivery.
• Maintain customer records and update CRM systems.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Build strong customer relationships to generate repeat business and referrals.
• Participate in promotional activities, events, and roadshows organized by the dealership.

Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline
• 1–4 years of automobile sales experience preferred.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Customer-focused approach.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.

Valid driving license preferred.
