Summary:
As a Quality Engineer focusing on manual testing, a typical day involves ensuring the overall quality of solutions by carefully executing tests aligned with specified requirements and user stories. This role includes designing detailed test cases, meticulously identifying and documenting any discrepancies or defects, and working closely with various delivery teams. The objective is to guarantee that the final product is dependable and ready for end users, requiring continuous communication and coordination to maintain high standards throughout the development lifecycle.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance product quality.
- Mentor junior team members to build their testing capabilities and knowledge.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment on quality objectives and deliverables.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Test Management.
- Strong knowledge of manual testing techniques and best practices.
- Experience in designing comprehensive test cases based on requirements and user stories.
- Ability to identify, document, and track defects effectively.
- Familiarity with test execution and reporting processes.
- Excellent collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
