Deputy/Assistant Manager - Axle Assembly Production

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

1. To Ensure Production in line with MOST guidelines along with allotment of work and planning of production

2. To Ensure the quality of the components manufactured, Productivity & Safety and working towards improving the same through Kaizens & Improvements projects.

3. To Monitor the Absenteeism data and working towards reducing it.

4. To ensure Timely declaration of Axles and Material issuance with use of SAP system

5. To ensure and maintain fixtures & Tools & Toolings of Axle assembly Line.

6. To ensure ZERO loss of Production and Quality by maintaining systems and Trouble shooting

7. Trouble shooting of issues including breakdowns, production issues, Material availability.

8. To Co ordinate with Assembly and machining departments for ensuring correct supply of components for machining & assembly.

9. To Ensure compliance and maintaining of MQS, Legal & Safety Health & Environment Systems and Processes.

10. To do the step Up gradation and sustenance of machines as per the TPM Methodology

11. To complete the Daily work management activities.

12. Filling of MIS reports, EWT, Capturing of losses, recording & analysis & correction of Geometrical reports

13. To update the DCP according to changes in Product, Process, tooling, Fixture

14. To Ensure and maintain discipline of 5s on the shop floor in terms of  housekeeping, storage of material

15. Daily Shift management
