Logistics Executive / Store Keeper / Procurement Officer

Positions: Shift Incharge Dispatch, Store Incharge, Store Keeper, Buyer

About the Role:

Manage our supply chain and inventory operations, from material procurement to finished goods dispatch. This role ensures smooth material flow and optimal inventory levels.

Key Positions Within This Opening:

• Buyer / Procurement Officer (1 position) – BE/B.Tech/Diploma, 2-5 years
• Store Incharge (1 position) – Graduate, 2-5 years
• Shift Incharge Dispatch (5 positions) – BE/B.Tech/Diploma, 3-5 years
• Store Keeper (3 positions) – 12th Standard, 2 years

Responsibilities:

• Manage material procurement and vendor relationships
• Track inventory levels and optimize stock
• Prepare goods for dispatch and manage shipping
• Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation
• Handle material receiving, inspection, and storage
• Coordinate with Operations and Quality teams
• Prepare packing lists, invoices, and shipping documents
• Ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction
• Conduct physical stock verification
• Monitor inventory turnover and aging stock

Required Qualifications:

Education:

• Buyer/Incharge: BE/B.Tech/Diploma or Graduate
• Store Keeper: 12th Standard

Experience: 2-5 years in logistics/store operations

Skills: Inventory management, coordination, documentation, basic computer literacy

Preferred Qualifications:

• SAP MM module knowledge
• Exposure to Steel/Manufacturing industry
• Supply chain certifications
• forklift/material handling equipment operation
