Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle resident complaints, requests, and service coordination.
- Maintain daily records of complaints and resolutions.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, security, maintenance, and technical teams.
- Manage visitor entries, resident approvals, and communication through MyGate software.
- Prepare reports, maintain logs, and support society management operations.
- Attend calls, emails, and front desk queries professionally.
- Ensure smooth communication between residents and facility teams.
- Requirements:Minimum 1–3 years of experience in high-rise society or facility management.
- Must have good knowledge of MyGate Software.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of Excel and computer operations.
- Presentable personality with professional behavior.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
