Job Description

Key responsibilities

  • Visit distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and supermarkets in the assigned territory.
  • Promote and sell Parry's consumer products, including jaggery and other food products.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Appoint new distributors and expand the retail network.
  • Generate orders and ensure timely product availability in stores.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and distributors.
  • Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
  • Ensure proper product display and visibility at retail outlets.
  • Follow up on payments and collections from customers.
  • Prepare daily sales reports and share market feedback with the manager.

Required qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred).
  • Experience in FMCG or channel sales is an advantage.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
