Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the design and development of comprehensive solution architectures that address complex client challenges.
- Facilitate effective communication between technical teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Network Security Implementation.
- Strong knowledge of network protocols, firewall configurations, and intrusion detection systems.
- Experience in designing secure network architectures that comply with industry standards and best practices.
- Ability to assess security risks and develop mitigation strategies tailored to diverse environments.
- Familiarity with cloud security principles and integration of network security within cloud infrastructures.
- Skilled in troubleshooting complex network security issues and implementing effective solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Network Security Implementation.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
