Job Description
Handle and supervise the daily production team.
Monitor production processes to ensure smooth operations.
Maintain daily production targets and productivity.
Oversee extrusion and moulding processes.
Ensure product quality as per company standards.
Maintain discipline, safety, and housekeeping on the production floor.
Allocate work and manage manpower efficiently.
Identify and resolve production issues to minimize downtime.
Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, and other departments for smooth workflow.
Prepare daily production reports and update management on performance.
