Job Location- Gurugram/Bangalore

Why we need this role
The Engineer of Transformation Engineering is responsible for the planning, provisioning, and configuration of IP-based products (such as MPLS L3 IPVPN, Internet Access, SD-WAN, etc.) in alignment with customer contracts and service requirements.
What you will do
- Delivering end-to-end (E2E) IP service activation and configuration across the COLT network, operating on multi-vendor platforms and diverse technologies.
- Supporting out-of-office-hours change requests and planned activities for both internal and external customers, ensuring minimal service disruption.
- Coordinating IP delivery tasks, including provisioning, configuration, and service activation, to meet customer expectations and contractual commitments.
- Ensuring adherence to established processes and procedures, while actively contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintaining a high level of accuracy and quality in service delivery, aiming for zero errors in execution.
- Driving customer satisfaction (C-SAT) through timely and error-free project completion.
- Successful Migration project completion on time with zero error.
- Technical Validation & Provisioning of standard and bespoke IP Customers.
- Configuration of standard and bespoke IP Customers.
- Should support and troubleshoot IP / MPLS & DSL related configuration issues
- Should be ready to cover Out of Office Hours support
- Real time closure of Order Handling System & XTRAC (workflow tools) tasks
- Maintain a high quality of output and ensure completion of tasks to a target of zero errors
- Planning and documentation of Customer CPE as per the Bandwidth required.
What we're looking for
- Candidate should have 6 to 12 years of good experience on Technical Validation; Provisioning of standard and bespoke Customers.
- Candidate should have CCNA/CCNP concept understanding.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize workload, according to SLA’s and defined deadlines
- Experience of problem analysis and resolution
- Must be highly customer focused and understand the customer’s service requirements.
- Demonstrate awareness/exposure to vendor equipment like Ethernet, IP(Cisco/Ciena/Nokia/Juniper)
- B-Tech /B.E in Electronics & communication, Electronics, Computer Science, IT or equivalent.
- Cisco CCNA - Mandatory; CCNP & CCIE desirable.
- Juniper Networks Certified Internet Associate (JNCIA-ER) - Level knowledge.
