Job Purpose
- This position is responsible for customer service initiatives for all Solar & High KVA products and brands Power Storage Business. Will be accountable for implementation of the strategy including delivery of customer service, trade satisfaction,
Primary Job Responsibilities
Customer Services & Power Electronics Industrial
- Monitor successful implementation of quality & standard project installations.
- Taking care of pre-sales survey for Solar plant
- Installation & Commissioning of Solar Hi End Products/Projects.
- Handover & Maintenance of Solar Hi End Products/Projects.
- Execute the customer service delivery for Solar & High KVA products.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by ensuring excellent service deliveries like First Time Fix, Quality of repairs.
- Ensure timely action on Product Quality issues reported from field.
Qualifications and Experience
Minimum Qualifications
B.E./3-year Diploma in Electronics/Electrical
Minimum Experience
3 to 8 years
Relevant/Additional Experience
Customer Service with Solar Off Grid/ On Grid / Online UPS / DC Voltage (greater than 300 VDC) / 3Phase Inverter / Lift Inverters
Products
Solar Industry /3 phase Online/Offline UPS
Competitor Brand
Consul Neowatt, Delta, Prostar, Eaton, Eapro, UTL, Statecon, Enerteck etc.
