Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and candidates in a professional manner.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
  • Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and presentable.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and deliveries.
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
  • Maintain visitor records and issue visitor passes.
  • Coordinate with various departments to facilitate smooth communication.
  • Handle basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, photocopying, and document management.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate replenishment.
  • Support HR and Administration teams with onboarding and office-related activities.
  • Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person professionally.
  • Ensure confidentiality of company and visitor information.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in any discipline.
  • Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Basic knowledge of office equipment such as printers and scanners.

Required Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Pleasant personality with a professional appearance.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Executive, or Administrative Assistant is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of office administration procedures.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Working Hours

  • Monday to Saturday
  • 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM (or as per company policy)
