Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and candidates in a professional manner.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
- Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and presentable.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and deliveries.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
- Maintain visitor records and issue visitor passes.
- Coordinate with various departments to facilitate smooth communication.
- Handle basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, photocopying, and document management.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate replenishment.
- Support HR and Administration teams with onboarding and office-related activities.
- Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person professionally.
- Ensure confidentiality of company and visitor information.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in any discipline.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Basic knowledge of office equipment such as printers and scanners.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Pleasant personality with a professional appearance.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and time management.

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Executive, or Administrative Assistant is an advantage.
- Knowledge of office administration procedures.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Working Hours
- Monday to Saturday
- 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM (or as per company policy)
