Project Coordinator

The Project Coordinator is responsible for supporting the planning, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery of construction projects. The role involves coordinating with project managers, site engineers, contractors, consultants, vendors, and clients to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with quality standards and statutory regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager in planning, scheduling, and coordinating construction projects from initiation through successful completion.
• Develop and monitor project schedules, work plans, resource allocation, and progress to ensure timely project delivery.
• Coordinate with site teams, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and delays, and implement corrective actions to keep projects on track.
• Maintain project documentation and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports, MIS reports, and project dashboards.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, contractual obligations, and statutory requirements while supporting project handover and close-out activities.

Qualifications skill

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Civil Engineering (B.Tech).
• 3–10 years of experience in project coordination or project management within the construction industry.
• Experience in industrial, commercial, infrastructure, or EPC projects is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, project execution, and site coordination.
• Understanding of project scheduling, budgeting, and resource planning.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD drawings and construction documentation.
• Excellent organizational, planning, and multitasking abilities.
