• Job Responsibilities:
• 🛠️ Oversee and manage the entire truck body production process from start to finish.
• 📋 Plan and allocate resources efficiently to meet daily and monthly production targets.
• 🔧 Ensure adherence to quality standards and timely delivery of manufacturing output.
• 👨‍🏭 Supervise and guide the shop floor team, technicians, and laborers.
• 🧾 Maintain production records, material inventory, and ensure proper documentation.
• 🧰 Handle machinery maintenance schedules and coordinate repairs as needed.
• ⚙️ Implement and monitor safety protocols across all manufacturing activities.
• 🤝 Coordinate with procurement and design teams for seamless operations.
• Requirements:
• ✅ Minimum 2 years of experience in vehicle or truck body manufacturing.
• ✅ Strong leadership and team management skills.
• ✅ Technical knowledge of manufacturing processes and materials.
• ✅ Ability to read technical drawings and production specifications.
• ✅ Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• ✅ Education: ITI/Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or related field preferred.
