Warehouse Manager

We are hiring a Warehouse Manager / E-commerce Packing & Dispatch Executive for HOLYHEADEN.

This is a warehouse-based role at our Faridabad warehouse. The person will be responsible for managing daily warehouse operations, packing customer orders, dispatching orders on time, handling returns/RTOs, maintaining inventory accuracy, and coordinating with our Mumbai office team.

Experience with Unicommerce is a strong plus and will be preferred. The candidate should also be comfortable using a laptop and should ideally know basic Google Sheets or Excel.

Main responsibilities:

• Pick, pack, and dispatch customer orders correctly and on time
• Ensure the correct product, size, colour, and quantity is packed for every order
• Manage daily order dispatch volume and scale up to 500–600 orders per day
• Use Unicommerce/order management tools if experienced
• Coordinate with courier pickup teams and ensure smooth daily dispatch
• Handle RTO/return parcels and update records properly
• Maintain accurate physical inventory inside the warehouse
• Conduct regular stock counts and report mismatches immediately
• Manage inward and outward stock movement
• Keep products organised by SKU, size, category, and brand
• Keep the warehouse clean, systematic, and easy to operate
• Share daily updates for orders packed, dispatched, pending, returns, RTOs, and inventory issues
• Coordinate with the Mumbai office team for stock, order, courier, and return-related work
• Follow packing, dispatch, inventory, and return SOPs properly

Requirements:

• Prior experience in warehouse, logistics, e-commerce, retail, fashion, or order dispatch is required
• Experience with Unicommerce is strongly preferred
• Must know how to use a laptop for basic work
• Basic Google Sheets or Excel knowledge is preferred
• Must be able to handle high-volume e-commerce dispatch pressure
• Experience managing 300+ orders per day is strongly preferred
• Should be capable of managing 500–600 orders per day as the brand scales
• Must be honest, punctual, responsible, and detail-oriented
• Must be strong with inventory counting and stock accuracy
• Experience with courier panels, marketplaces, Shopify, or other order management systems is a plus
• Must be able to work from our Faridabad warehouse

We are looking for someone reliable and experienced who can take ownership of packing, dispatch, returns, RTO handling, inventory management, and warehouse coordination.
