Job SummaryWe are seeking a detail-oriented and commercially driven Retail Merchandiser to manage and optimize product listings across various e-commerce platforms. The role involves product assortment planning, inventory coordination, pricing management, online merchandising, sales analysis, and ensuring a seamless customer shopping experience to maximize revenue and profitability.

• Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Management & MerchandisingCreate, update, and maintain product catalogs on e-commerce platforms.
• Ensure accurate product descriptions, specifications, pricing, and images.
• Manage category-wise product assortment and product placement.
• Coordinate new product launches and promotional campaigns.
• Monitor product availability and stock levels across platforms.
• Inventory & Sales ManagementTrack inventory movement and coordinate replenishment with procurement and warehouse teams.
• Analyze sales trends, demand forecasts, and stock performance.
• Minimize stock-outs and excess inventory situations.
• Prepare inventory and sales performance reports.
• E-Commerce OperationsManage listings on marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, and company websites.
• Monitor product rankings, visibility, and customer engagement metrics.
• Optimize product content for search visibility and conversions.
• Coordinate with digital marketing teams for online promotions and campaigns.
• Data Analysis & ReportingAnalyze sales data, customer buying patterns, and product performance.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) including sales, conversion rates, inventory turnover, and profitability.
• Provide recommendations for improving product performance and revenue growth.
• Vendor & Cross-Functional CoordinationLiaise with suppliers, procurement, warehouse, and logistics teams.
• Coordinate with graphic designers and content teams for product images and creatives.
• Ensure timely resolution of product listing and inventory-related issues.
• Required QualificationsGraduate in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, Retail Management, or related field.
• 1–5 years of experience in retail merchandising, e-commerce operations, or category management.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting tools.
• Knowledge of online marketplaces and e-commerce platforms.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Preferred SkillsAdvanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, MIS Reporting).
