Floor Manager — Petstreet, Indirapuram

Indrapuram is Petstreet's flagship and highest-revenue store — a full pet destination running retail, grooming, vet clinic, and barkery under one roof. The Floor Manager is the single point of control for the floor: the team, the daily sales, and how smoothly everything runs.

The Role

You own the floor. You lead and discipline the store team, run the daily briefing, allocate duties, and keep attendance and SOPs tight. You push the team toward daily and monthly sales targets, drive average bill value and upselling, and make sure no customer walks out unattended. You keep operations seamless — billing, stock placement, expiry checks, cleanliness, and displays all in order — and you fix small problems before they grow. You coordinate retail, grooming, vet, and bakery so they work as one connected experience, handle customer issues on the spot, and report a clear daily picture (sales vs target, staff, stock, feedback) to leadership.
