Job Description

Hiring: DRA Telecallers – SBI Credit Card Recovery (Write-Off Portfolio)

📍 Location: Rajendra Place, Delhi

💰 Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 + Attractive Incentives

Requirements:

  • DRA Certification mandatory
  • 6 months to 1 year experience in Credit Card/Collection/Recovery process
  • Good communication and negotiation skills
  • Target-oriented approach

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle SBI Credit Card Write-Off Recovery portfolio
  • Make outbound collection calls to customers
  • Negotiate settlements and payment plans
  • Follow up on PTPs and ensure timely recoveries
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
