Job SummaryBlinkon Infratech Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive and organized Real Estate Sales Coordinator to support the sales team by managing leads, coordinating client interactions, scheduling site visits, and maintaining CRM records. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong follow-up abilities, and experience in sales coordination within the real estate industry.
- Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound and outbound customer inquiries.
- Coordinate with sales executives and clients for site visits and meetings.
- Manage and distribute leads through CRM systems.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective customers.
- Maintain accurate customer data and sales records.
- Update CRM with lead status, site visit reports, and sales activities.
- Support the sales team in achieving monthly targets.
- Coordinate with channel partners and marketing teams for lead generation activities.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Assist clients with property-related information and documentation.
- Ensure timely communication between clients and sales representatives.
- Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally.

- Knowledge of CRM software such as LeadSquared, Salesforce, or Zoho CRM.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
- Basic understanding of real estate sales processes and documentation.
- Knowledge of Noida, Greater Noida, and NCR real estate market will be an added advantage.
- QualificationGraduate in any discipline.
- MBA/Marketing background will be preferred.
