Job Summary
or Business Development and Insurance-related openings. We are looking for enthusiastic, confident, and goal-oriented candidates who are interested in sales, client handling, business growth, and insurance operations. Freshers are welcome to apply, while prior experience in sales, business development, insurance, or customer handling will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Identify potential customers and generate business opportunities through calls, follow-ups, and client interactions
Promote and explain insurance-related products/services to prospective customers
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term engagement
Understand customer needs and suggest suitable solutions/products accordingly
Achieve sales and business targets assigned by the company
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and customer servicing
Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, and closures in a timely and organized manner
Support business growth initiatives and contribute to overall revenue generation
Handle customer queries professionally and provide accurate information regarding products and services
Stay updated with company offerings, policies, and market trends relevant to the role
Required Skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic understanding of sales/business development processes
Ability to convince, negotiate, and build rapport with customers
Target-oriented and self-motivated attitude
Strong follow-up and client-handling skills
Basic computer knowledge and comfort with calling / online coordination
Problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn
Ability to work independently as well as in a team
Eligibility / Qualification
Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass
Freshers can apply
Candidates with prior experience in business development, sales, insurance, telesales, or customer relationship roles will be preferred

Salary
₹2.5 LPA to ₹5.5 LPA
Compensation will be based on interview performance, experience, and overall fitment for the role
