Hiring: General Manager – Real Estate


Company: Truevisory Realty Pvt Ltd


Location: Noida


Industry: Real Estate


Experience Required: 6 Months – 1 Year


Salary Package: ₹35,000 – ₹70,000 per month + ₹10,000 Incentives


Interview Process: 2 Rounds (HR Round + Director Round)


Job Overview


We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager with prior experience in the Real Estate industry. The ideal candidate should possess strong sales expertise, excellent client-handling skills, and a complete understanding of real estate sales processes, property consulting, and revenue generation.


Key Responsibilities


1) Manage end-to-end real estate sales activities and drive business growth.

2) Generate and qualify leads through inbound and outbound sales efforts.

3) Understand customer requirements and provide suitable property investment solutions.

4) Conduct property presentations, site visits, and client meetings.

5) Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.

6) Negotiate deals and successfully close sales transactions.

7) Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.

8) Handle client queries regarding pricing, documentation, payment plans, and property details.

9) Maintain knowledge of current real estate market trends, competitor offerings, and investment opportunities.

10) Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and post-sales support.


Required Skills & Qualifications


1) Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in Real Estate Sales is mandatory.

2) Strong knowledge of property sales cycle, market trends, lead conversion, and customer acquisition.

3) Excellent communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.

4) Ability to handle high-value clients and close deals effectively.

5) Good understanding of sales strategies and target-driven working environment.

6) Strong interpersonal skills and professional attitude.

7) Candidate must have complete knowledge related to real estate products, client handling, and sales management process.
