Job Description

Generate leads through calls, references, digital platforms, and site visits.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.

Conduct project presentations and property site visits.

Follow up with prospective clients and convert leads into sales.

Maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners.

Negotiate pricing and close sales deals.

Coordinate with CRM, finance, and legal teams for smooth transaction processing.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Keep records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM.

Stay updated on market trends, competitor projects, and pricing
