Job Description
Responsible for recruiting, training, managing, and supporting a network of agents or advisors to achieve sales and business targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit and onboard new agents/advisors.
- Train agents on products, sales processes, and compliance requirements.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with agents.
- Monitor agent performance and help improve productivity.
- Assist agents in generating leads and closing sales.
- Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Conduct regular field visits, meetings, and performance reviews.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory guidelines.
