Job Description
Product Growth & Conversion Optimization Manager (CRO) 📍 Noida Extension (Greater Noida) – On Site 💼 Full-Time 🕒 Experience: 2–6 Years About Togethr Togethr is a customer acquisition and rewards platform helping brands drive growth through post-purchase engagement, rewards, offers, and customer journeys. We're looking for a Product Growth & Conversion Optimization Manager who can combine analytics, experimentation, UX thinking, and product understanding to improve user journeys and drive measurable business impact. What You'll Do ● Analyze user behavior, funnels, and conversion journeys. ● Identify drop-offs and optimization opportunities across web and mobile experiences. ● Plan, execute, and analyze A/B tests and growth experiments. ● Work closely with Product, Design, Engineering, and Business teams. ● Create wireframes, recommendations, and optimization concepts using Figma. ● Build dashboards and generate actionable insights from data. ● Improve landing pages, CTAs, user flows, and engagement experiences. ● Translate customer behavior into product and growth recommendations. Requirements Must Have ● 2–6 years of experience in CRO, Product Growth, Product Analytics, Growth Marketing, or similar roles. ● Strong understanding of conversion funnels and user behavior. ● Hands-on experience with A/B testing and experimentation. ● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. ● Experience with tools such as GA4, Mixpanel, PostHog, Amplitude, or similar analytics platforms. ● Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets. ● Experience with Figma and basic wireframing. Technical Understanding Good understanding of: ● HTML ● CSS ● Basic JavaScript ● Landing Page Optimization ● UX & Conversion Principles You don't need to be a developer, but should be comfortable collaborating with engineering teams. Good To Have ● SQL ● Hotjar ● Microsoft Clarity ● VWO ● Optimizely ● GrowthBook ● Shopify ● Ecommerce / D2C Experience ● Travel or Fintech Product Experience What We're Looking For Someone who is curious, data-driven, and obsessed with understanding user behavior.
