Job Description

Key ResponsibilitiesManage and monitor daily operational activities. Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely completion of tasks. Maintain and update operational records, reports, and MIS. Handle client/vendor communications and follow-ups. Track task progress and prepare status reports. Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures. Assist in process improvement initiatives. Resolve operational issues and escalate concerns when required. Maintain accurate documentation and data management. Support management with administrative and operational requirements.

Preferred QualificationsExperience in operations, administration, customer support, or process management. Knowledge of CRM tools and MIS reporting. Freshers with strong communication and computer skills can also apply.
