Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and organized Logistics Supervisor to oversee the daily logistics and supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating transportation, warehouse activities, inventory management, and ensuring timely delivery of goods while maintaining cost efficiency and compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily logistics, transportation, and warehouse operations.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely deliveries.
• Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate stock records.
• Plan and optimize delivery routes to reduce transportation costs.
• Manage relationships with transporters, vendors, and third-party logistics providers.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and legal requirements.
• Track shipments and resolve delivery issues or delays.
• Prepare logistics reports, KPIs, and operational performance metrics.
• Supervise, train, and evaluate logistics staff.
• Coordinate with procurement, production, sales, and customer service teams.
• Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
• Handle customer complaints related to logistics and ensure prompt resolution.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in logistics, warehouse, or supply chain operations.
• Experience in supervising logistics teams is preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Tally, or similar), and logistics software.
