Position Sales & Service Engineer Experience

• Minimum: 2 Years
• Maximum: 5 Years

Location

Pan India (Travel Required) and depends on the region- like Bangalore, Hyderabad, pune, Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Nagpur, Baroda, Visakapatam, Kolkatta

Your Mission:

You will be responsible for managing and expanding part of an established customer base of more than 1,200 industrial customers across India, while developing new business opportunities in your territory.

This is not merely a sales role—it is a technical consulting role where you will help industries improve equipment reliability, reduce downtime and increase productivity through the right sealing solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop strong relationships with existing industrial customers.
• Identify and generate new business opportunities.
• Promote JKSEALS Mechanical Seals and reliability solutions.
• Visit customer plants for technical discussions and product presentations.
• Conduct seal failure analysis and recommend suitable sealing solutions.
• Support installation, commissioning and troubleshooting.
• Coordinate with Design, Production and Customer Support teams.
• Prepare technical quotations and follow up until order closure.
• Meet monthly sales and business development targets.
• Maintain CRM and customer activity reports through digital platforms.
• Conduct technical training programs for customers whenever required.
• Continuously identify opportunities for customer cost reduction and reliability improvement.

What We Are Looking For

You should possess:

• Graduate/ B.E. in Mechanical Engineering
• Strong technical aptitude
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Passion for industrial selling
• Willingness to travel extensively
• Positive attitude and self-motivation
• Customer-first mindset
• Ability to learn continuously

Experience in Mechanical Seals will be an added advantage.
