Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately enter, update, and maintain data in spreadsheets, CRM systems, and internal databases
- Verify data for errors, inconsistencies, and missing information before and after entry
- Organize, classify, and manage digital records for easy retrieval
- Maintain confidentiality and data security at all times
- Generate basic reports and summaries as required by management
- Coordinate with internal teams to clarify data-related queries
- Track data entry progress and meet daily or weekly targets
- Perform regular data backups and follow standard operating procedures
Required Skills & Attributes:
- Strong attention to detail and high accuracy
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets
- Ability to manage repetitive tasks with consistency and discipline
- Good written communication for internal coordination
