Job Description

We have urgent and high-volume hiring requirements for Bajaj (L1/L2) and Kotak Sales roles.

Salary: Up to ₹24,000 + Incentives


Eligibility:

Graduate fresher OR

Minimum 1 year experience in telesales

Good communication skills


Roles:

  • Contact potential customers through calls and explain life insurance products.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable insurance plans.
  • Generate leads and convert them into sales.
  • Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Follow up with interested customers until policy issuance.
