Job Title- Telecalling Executive

Location- Nagpur, Maharashtra

Employment Type- Full-Time

We are hiring Telecalling Executives who will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing customers, generating leads, and driving sales through effective communication. The ideal candidate should be confident, persuasive, and goal-oriented.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers/vendors and explain products/services offered by ZestRenew
• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales opportunities
• Maintain a database of contacted customers and update CRM records
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call targets and sales goals
• Handle customer queries, provide accurate information, and resolve concerns
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular follow-ups
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure seamless handoff of qualified leads
• Prepare daily/weekly reports on call activity and outcomes

Candidate Requirements

Minimum Education: 12th Pass

English Level: Basic English

Experience: Both Freshers & Experienced candidates may apply
