Job Description

Role Overview

We are looking for a passionate, energetic Digital & Social Media Marketing Executive to manage our YouTube channel and social media presence and advertisement , promote our courses, and drive student enrolments through organic and paid digital strategies.



Key Responsibilities

  • YouTube & Video Marketing: Manage and grow the YouTube channel; optimize titles, tags, thumbnails, and descriptions; schedule uploads; analyse YouTube analytics and improve performance.
  • Social Media Management: Run Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Telegram, and WhatsApp channels; create and post Reels, Stories, and Posts; engage with followers and handle student queries; maintain a monthly content calendar.
  • Paid Ads & Promotions: Assist with Meta and Google Ads campaigns; support lead generation and retargeting initiatives.
  • Course Promotion & Enrolment: Plan and execute campaign launches; create exciting offers and discount campaigns; help convert interested students into enrolments.
  • Content Creation: Design creatives using Canva; write captions, ad copies, and WhatsApp broadcasts; create short-form videos (Reels, Shorts).



Who We're Looking For

  • 6 months to 1-year experience in digital/social media marketing. Freshers with strong portfolios or internship experience are welcome.
  • Basic skills in Canva, Meta Ads, YouTube, and Instagram.
  • Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
  • Self-motivated, creative, and passionate about education and content creation.



Good to Have

  • Experience in ed-tech or a coaching institute.
  • Knowledge of Google Ads or YouTube Ads.
  • Basic video editing skills (Cap Cut, In Shot, Femora).
  • Google/Meta certification or similar.
