Location: Anandapuram, Visakhapatnam

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Relationship Manager (Post Sales) to manage customer relationships after property booking and ensure a seamless experience until possession. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong follow-up abilities, and experience in customer relationship management, preferably within the real estate industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers after property booking.
• Provide regular updates on construction progress and project milestones.
• Follow up with customers regarding payment schedules and collections.
• Maintain customer records, agreements, payment receipts, and documentation.
• Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, Legal, and Project teams to ensure smooth customer service.
• Address customer queries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist customers during registration, documentation, and possession processes.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and prepare customer status reports.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance customer satisfaction.

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• 2–5 years of experience in Customer Relationship Management, Post-Sales, Customer Service, or Collections.
• Prior experience in the real estate industry is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Ability to manage multiple customer interactions effectively.
