We are looking for an experienced and performance-driven Deputy Manager – Sales to lead high-performing teams, drive revenue growth, and contribute to business expansion.
- Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage a team of Sales Executives, Admission Counsellors, and Business Development Associates.
- Drive revenue generation and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to improve conversions and business performance.
- Monitor team productivity and provide regular coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
- Ensure excellent customer experience and relationship management.
- Analyze sales data and prepare performance reports for management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency.
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends.
- Candidate RequirementsGraduate or Postgraduate in any discipline.
- 5–10 years of experience in B2C Sales, Business Development, Admission Counselling, EdTech Sales, Education Sales, or Inside Sales.
- Mandatory experience as a Team Lead, Assistant Manager, or equivalent team-handling role.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and people-management skills.
- Experience managing high-volume sales teams in a target-driven environment.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
