Responsibilities

  • Convert inbound enquiries into sales
  • Handle customer queries via Calls, WhatsApp & CRM
  • Resolve order & delivery issues
  • Build long-term customer relationships
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer support


Requirements

  • Freshers & Graduates welcome
  • Excellent Hindi & English communication
  • Confident, patient & customer-focused
  • Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets & CRM
  • Willing to work 6 days a week (8–9 hours/day) from our Gurgaon office
