Job Description
Job Summary
We are hiring enthusiastic and target-oriented Telesales Executives to join our growing team. The role mainly involves making outbound calls to potential customers, explaining company services, Schedule follow-up calls, and converting prospects into clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Explain company products/services clearly and professionally.
- Schedule follow-ups.
- Maintain daily call reports and customer database.
- Achieve assigned call and conversion targets
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships
Eligibility & Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: 12th / Any Graduate
- Fresher or candidates with telesales / telecalling experience preferred
- Good communication skills in English and/or regional language
- Ability to work with targets and handle customer objections
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Qualification, Experience, CTC:
- Any Graduate/Any Post Graduate.
- Experience in Stock Market/Advisory/Broking/Telesales/BPO industry is a must.
- Enthusiastic, positive, and energetic approach.
- Salary: 15,000 to 30,000 INR
