Job Description

Job Summary:​Hum apni growing fleet management aur travel business ke liye ek dedicated aur tech-savvy Data & Tender Executive dhoondh rahe hain. Yeh role specifically un candidates ke liye hai jo Government e-Marketplace (GeM) aur e-Tendering portals par tender filing process ko handle kar sakein aur daily office data ka management kar sakein.

  • ​Key Responsibilities:​Tender Management: GeM portal aur Government e-Procurement portals par tenders ko track karna, evaluate karna, aur timely bid submit karna.
  • Data Handling: Excel sheets mein daily business data, expenses, aur fleet logs ko accurately maintain karna.
  • Documentation: Tender documents, bid forms, aur compliance papers ko prepare aur organize karna.
  • Office Administration: MS Office ka use karke formal letters, emails, aur reports taiyaar karna.
  • Speed & Accuracy: Hindi aur English typing mein achhi speed maintain karna.
  • ​Required Skills & Qualifications:​Education: Graduate (Any stream).
  • Software Proficiency:Advanced MS Excel: Formulas (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), formatting, aur data entry.
  • MS Word: Formal letter writing aur document formatting.
  • Technical Skills:​Previous experience in GeM portal bidding or e-Tendering is highly preferred.
  • ​Fast and accurate typing speed in both Hindi and English.
  • Soft Skills: Detail-oriented, time management (deadlines ka dhyan rakhna), aur basic English communication.
