Job Description
1. Collaborate with clients to understand
driver requirements and job specifications.
2. Network and engage with potential driver candidates through various channels.
3. Maintain regular communication with shortlisted candidates to keep them informed about the recruitment process.
4. Contact candidates to explain the job profile, requirements, and gather additional information as needed.
5. Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and clients, ensuring alignment of availability.
6. Provide accurate and clear information about the company, job role, and expectations to candidates.
7. Follow up with candidates to ensure their preparedness for interviews and address any queries or concerns they may have.Respond to incoming client inquiries via phone/email
8.Handle urgent sales leads and follow-ups Provide product/service information to prospects Maintain lead records in CRM tools like HubSpot or Zoho CRM Coordinate with internal teams for quick issue resolution Ensure timely communication with potential clients
