Field Supervisor

We are looking for a responsible and disciplined Field Supervisor to oversee security and housekeeping operations across multiple client sites. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth daily operations, maintain high service standards, conduct inspections, and act as the primary link between the company, clients, and on-site staff.

• Key ResponsibilitiesConduct regular visits to assigned client locations.
• Supervise security guards and housekeeping staff.
• Ensure discipline, punctuality, and proper grooming of personnel.
• Perform surprise inspections and submit daily visit reports.
• Handle client concerns and resolve operational issues promptly.
• Arrange manpower replacements during absenteeism or emergencies.
• Verify attendance, duty rosters, and shift handovers.
• Ensure all staff follow company SOPs and client instructions.
• Assist in onboarding and deployment of new employees.
• Coordinate with the HR and Operations teams regarding staffing requirements.
• Maintain incident reports and submit them to the Operations Manager.
• Ensure uniforms, ID cards, and equipment are properly maintained.

Train staff on security procedures, emergency response, and customer service.
