Job Summary

The Site Supervisor – Structural Work is responsible for supervising and coordinating all structural construction activities at the project site. The role ensures quality workmanship, adherence to structural drawings, safety compliance, timely project execution, and efficient utilization of manpower and materials.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day structural construction activities at site.
• Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Monitor foundation, RCC, steel structure, fabrication, erection, and installation works.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and labour teams.
• Maintain site progress records and submit daily progress reports.
• Verify measurements and quantities of materials used at site.
• Ensure proper quality control during construction activities.
• Monitor and enforce site safety regulations and PPE compliance.
• Inspect structural works and report any deviations or technical issues.
• Manage site manpower and allocate tasks efficiently.
• Coordinate material delivery and ensure availability of required resources.
• Attend project review meetings and provide project status updates.
• Ensure completion of work within the scheduled timeline.

Required Qualifications

• Diploma/B.Tech in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in structural construction supervision.
• Experience in steel structure, RCC, industrial structures, hoardings, unipoles, or infrastructure projects preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret structural drawings and BOQs.
• Knowledge of construction methods, safety standards, and quality procedures.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and project reporting.

Preferred for Outdoor Advertising Industry

• Experience in erection and maintenance of hoardings, unipoles, gantries, and steel advertising structures.
• Knowledge of foundation work, fabrication, welding, and structural safety inspections.
