Site Supervisor

Key Requirements

• Ability to handle both office coordination and on-site execution work
• Experience in stone work, especially white stone execution and finishing
• Strong vendor management and site coordination skills
• Good reporting and documentation abilities
• Good communication skills and a smart, presentable personality
• Ability to manage labour, materials, timelines, and daily site activities efficiently
• Basic knowledge of drawings, measurements, and site planning preferred

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (a degree or technical qualification in construction is a plus).
• Proven experience in construction or a related field (minimum of 2-3 years).
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
• Leadership and communication skills to manage workers and interact with clients, engineers, and contractors.
• Ability to solve problems efficiently and effectively under pressure.
