Job Description

We are looking for a confident and energetic Outbound Telecaller to join our growing real estate team. The candidate will be responsible for calling prospective customers, understanding their property requirements, and generating qualified leads for our sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls from the provided database.
  • Explain ongoing residential and commercial real estate projects.
  • Understand customer requirements and qualify leads.
  • Schedule site visits and appointments for the sales team.
  • Maintain daily call records and update lead status.
  • Follow up with interested customers regularly.
  • Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
  • Coordinate with the sales team for customer follow-ups.
