Job Description
About the Role
Square Yards is looking for ambitious sales professionals to join its growing team. The role involves end-to-end property sales, client relationship management, site visits, negotiations, and deal closures.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end sales of new and vacant properties through CRM-generated leads
• Conduct site visits with prospective buyers
• Handle negotiations and close deals
• Maintain strong client relationships
• Achieve 5-6 prospective site visits per week
• Drive revenue growth through effective sales execution
Skills Required
• Strong communication skills in Hindi and English
• Local language proficiency is an advantage
• Customer relationship management
• Sales and negotiation skills
• MS Office proficiency
• High energy, confidence, and enthusiasm
