Job Title: Tender Executive – Government Tenders

Job Location: Medahalli, Bangalore (Travel Across Karnataka as Required)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Based on experience and skills)
Job Description: SLN Enterprises is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Tender Executive to manage government tender activities from identification to submission. The candidate will be responsible for searching government tenders, preparing documentation, coordinating with departments, handling tender-related payments, and ensuring successful participation in government procurement opportunities.
- Key ResponsibilitiesSearch and monitor government tender portals (GeM, Karnataka e-Procurement, CPP Portal, etc.).
- Analyze tender eligibility and prepare tender summaries.
- Prepare, organize, and upload all tender documents before deadlines.
- Coordinate with management for approvals and document collection.
- Draft official letters, declarations, covering letters, and other office correspondence.
- Handle EMD, tender fee, and other tender-related payment processes.
- Follow up with government departments regarding tender status, clarifications, and results.
- Visit government offices across Karnataka for document verification, submissions, meetings, or tender-related work whenever required.
- Maintain records of submitted tenders, payment receipts, agreements, and correspondence.
- Coordinate with finance, HR, and operations teams for statutory and compliance documents.
- Prepare quotations, commercial bids, technical bids, and supporting documentation.
- Track awarded tenders, agreements, work orders, and contract renewals.
- Perform other administrative and documentation tasks assigned by management.
- Required SkillsGood knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PDF documentation.
- Strong typing and drafting skills in English.
- Knowledge of government tender portals is preferred.
- Excellent follow-up and communication skills.
- Good organizational and documentation abilities.
- Ability to work under deadlines.
- Willingness to travel across Karnataka when required.
- EligibilityGraduate in any discipline (Commerce, Engineering, Management, or equivalent preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in tender management, administration, or office operations.
- Freshers with strong documentation and computer skills may also apply.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
