Job Description: Real Estate Sales Executive (Experienced)


Position: Real Estate Sales Executive

Experience: 1–5 Years (Real Estate Sales Preferred)

Location: Sector 63 Noida

Job Summary


We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Real Estate Sales Executive with experience in property sales and client relationship management. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, conducting site visits, converting prospects into customers, and achieving monthly sales targets.


Key Responsibilities


  • Generate and qualify leads through various channels.
  • Contact potential customers and explain project details.
  • Schedule and conduct property site visits.
  • Understand client requirements and suggest suitable properties.
  • Follow up with prospects and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and booking processes.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.


Requirements


  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
  • 1–5 years of experience in real estate sales.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Good knowledge of the local real estate market.
  • Ability to handle customer queries professionally.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
  • Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
