We are looking for a dynamic Branch Manager to lead our spa operations, drive sales, and ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction.

• Key ResponsibilitiesOversee daily operations of the spa branch (front desk, therapists, facilities).
• Drive sales & revenue through packages, memberships, upselling, and cross-selling.
• Ensure exceptional guest experiences and handle escalated customer issues.
• Recruit, train, and manage spa staff including therapists and front desk associates.
• Monitor budgets, financial targets, and profitability of the branch.
• Maintain spa ambiance, hygiene, and compliance with health & safety standards.
• Develop local marketing initiatives and partnerships with corporates, hotels, and tourism.
• Report branch performance and KPIs to head office.
• RequirementsProven experience as a Branch Manager / Spa Manager / Hospitality Manager.
• Strong background in sales, operations, and customer service.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Ability to meet targets and drive business growth.
• Knowledge of spa/wellness industry will be an added advantage.
• Graduate degree (Hospitality, Management, or related field preferred).
