Executive Assistant/Admin Manager – Shamshabad, Hyderabad-Females
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and professional Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to senior leadership. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling confidential information, and ensuring the smooth functioning of executive operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, including preparation of agendas and recording of meeting minutes.
- Handle correspondence, emails, phone calls, and document management efficiently.
- Prepare reports, presentations, MIS reports, and business documents as required.
- Maintain confidential records and sensitive information with the highest level of discretion.
- Liaise with clients, vendors, consultants, and internal departments on behalf of management.
- Track action items, deadlines, and follow-ups to ensure timely completion.
- Organize events, conferences, and management meetings when required.
- Support office administration activities and special projects assigned by senior management.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Commerce, or a related field.
- 3–8 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Executive Secretary, or similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with scheduling and collaboration tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Attention to detail and excellent follow-up skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced corporate environment.
