Location: Chennai pallavaram
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month + Attractive Incentives (Based on Experience)
Job SummaryWe are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Loan Sales Executive to promote and sell loan products such as Personal Loans, Business Loans, Home Loans, LAP (Loan Against Property), and Mortgage Loans. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, converting prospects into customers, and achieving monthly sales targets.
- Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate leads through field visits, references, telecalling, and networking.
- Identify customer financial requirements and suggest suitable loan products.
- Explain loan features, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and documentation requirements.
- Assist customers throughout the loan application process.
- Coordinate with banks and NBFCs for loan approval and disbursement.
- Collect and verify customer documents.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and business objectives.
- Maintain daily MIS reports and customer follow-up records.
- Eligibility CriteriaQualification: 12th Pass / Diploma / Any Graduate.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Experience in Banking, Finance, DSA, or Loan Sales is preferred.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office is
