Job Description
An Area Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales growth, managing sales teams, developing business opportunities, and achieving revenue targets within the assigned territory or region.
- Key ResponsibilitiesAchieve monthly and yearly sales targets for the assigned area
- Manage and guide sales executives, relationship managers, and telecallers
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence
- Monitor team performance and provide regular training and support
- Ensure proper follow-up and closure of leads/cases
- Prepare sales reports, MIS, and market analysis reports
- Coordinate with operations and credit teams for smooth processing
- Conduct field visits and customer meetings regularly
- Handle customer escalations and maintain service quality
- Required SkillsStrong communication and leadership skills

- Sales negotiation and relationship management
